Workshop 1: The pelvic floor is the center of our body. It affects not only the way the way we are and the way we move, but also our outlook on life. A trained and integrated pelvic floor is the foundation for ease and flexibility in our movements, for an effortless upright posture, for a fulfilled sexuality and thus for a happy life.
Workshop 2: In Essence of Bellydance we reconnect to our body on a deeper level. It’s a fun, sensuous and very personal way of moving that frees our body, mind and soul. We start with the basics and then learn the playful ways to improvise and dance freely from the inside out.
