As you know dance breaks are an important part of a healthy, sexy and happy lifestyle. So I prepared a short & sweet 4.30 minute dance workout for you.
You can do it anytime in between to reenergize and straighten up your posture. You don't need any dance experience, not much space and you don't need to change your clothes. Just press play and let's go:
