4:30-Minute Dance Break

As you know, dance breaks are important for our physical and mental wellbeing. So I prepared a short & sweet four and a half minute dance workout for you.

You can do it anytime in between other activities to connect to yourself, re-energize and straighten up your posture. You don't need any dance experience, not much space, and you don't need to change your clothes. Just press play and let's go:
